Foundry Collective LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Foundry (“Foundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates foundry.co and related services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit or use the Services, place an order, communicate with us, subscribe to marketing, or otherwise interact with Foundry.
Please review this Privacy Policy together with any privacy choices, cookie settings, and notices presented through the Services. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not provide personal information through the Services.

3. SHOPIFY AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide ecommerce, checkout, payment, hosting, analytics, fraud-prevention, customer-account, and related services. Shopify may also process information under its own privacy terms depending on the service and context.
We may disclose personal information to service providers that perform services for us, including:
• Ecommerce hosting and technology providers;
• Payment processors and financial institutions;
• Printing, production, customization, and fulfillment partners;
• Shipping carriers and logistics providers;
• Customer-service, email, messaging, and marketing providers;

• Fraud-prevention, security, and information-technology providers;

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide orders and customer service, maintain tax and accounting records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and preserve records relevant to anticipated or existing claims.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify an individual.
9. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Payment information is processed by Shopify and other payment providers. Foundry does not independently store full payment-card numbers except to the extent a payment provider makes limited information available for transaction administration.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Foundry and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, transfers are supported by legally recognized safeguards.
11. CHILDREN
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:
• Request access to personal information;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion;
• Receive certain information in a portable format;

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Services may link to third-party websites, platforms, or applications. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Foundry is not responsible for the privacy practices of a third party merely because a link appears on the Site.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, service providers, or business practices. The updated Policy will state its effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
