Shipping policy
SHIPPING TIME
All orders will ship in 5 - 7 business days (Monday through Friday) from purchase date to allow for printing as all our prints are made to order. Therefore, if you order your print on a Thursday, then most likely your print will ship the following Wednesday - Friday). Some orders will require additional shipping time depending on size and time of year (EX: major holidays, inclement weather, national disasters, crisis events).

USA ORDERS
All customers from the USA will have their orders shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship internationally. Please allow extra time for delivery. All customers from the rest of the world will either have their orders shipped via the US Postal Service or Fed Ex. Unfortunately, for customs purposes, we are unable to mark your order as 'Gift' for legal purposes. Please be advised we cannot be responsible for shipping/delivery times once your order has been sent out since we are not a shipping company.
All international orders may take an estimated 10 - 45 days for delivery. Please be advised we cannot be responsible for shipping/delivery times once your order has been sent out since we are not a shipping company.

RUSH SERVICE PROCESSING
Rush Service moves your order to the front of the print queue. Instead of 5 - 7 days processing time, your order will process within 24 - 48 hours in most instances. Rush Service is not considered Rush Delivery in terms of quicker shipment time (EX: Overnight Delivery or 2 Day Delivery etc.).
All customers in the USA who add 'Rush Service' will have their prints shipped out same day if the order is received BEFORE 11am Eastern Time. All orders received AFTER 11am Eastern Time will ship the following day. Be advised, all Rush Service orders received on Friday after 11am Eastern Time, on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the upcoming Monday.
All Rush Service orders are shipped with Priority Mail (2 - 3 Day service). Therefore, if you place your order at 10am Eastern Time on a Monday, your print will tentatively arrive that coming Thursday - Friday.
All orders will be rolled, then wrapped in a protective paper and then shipped in a high-quality poster tube.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please insure you have provided us the correct shipping address. We are unable to change your delivery address 3 hours after your order has been placed. If your order has been shipped out and you provided the incorrect address, you are responsible for package interception through the USPS or Fed Ex and any charges affiliated with package redirection.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Should your order have been delivered to the wrong address that YOU provided, we will be unable to reissue you a reprint. Please double check the spelling and exact details of your delivery address of choice as we cannot be held responsible for spelling or insufficient information mistakes. In the event your print is returned to us due to the incorrect address having been provided, we will then try to reship the print to you at an updated/correct address.
Should your print be addressed to an apartment number, office/suite number, please check with the reception office as in most instances, deliveries are left at a front desk, leasing office or receiving department at your place of habitat or work.

SHIPPING DAMAGES
All orders that are damaged during shipment will require photos of the damage so we can provide the insurance company evidence of the shipment damages. All damaged prints during shipment will need to be returned to us. We will reissue a reprint to you once we have received the photos of the damage caused during delivery.
