Shipping & Returns
All our prints are made-to-order so they ake around 3-5 BUSINESS days (M-F) to print before being dispatched. Please sure to visit and read our full Terms and Conditions for further information and transparencies: https://foundry.co/pages/terms-of-service
Great things are worth waiting for! Because our prints are made-to-order, we do not offer returns on our prints. We will be happy to exchange your order for the like for like artwork (same size, material and color) should your order arrive damaged. We appreciate your understanding in advance of this policy as we are a small independent shop that does not carry an inventory of artwork. Because we do not permit returns, please make sure to measure your space twice to ensure that the artwork you ordering will be appropriate for the location it is going once a frame has been added.
Shipping costs are based on the number of products you buy and the location you want us to ship to. Just add products to your cart and choose your country for delivery to see the shipping cost before your sale goes through.

All oversized orders may require additional freight shipping. If this is the case, we will be in touch to notify you of any shipping overages.
All our prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. The prints will also be wrapped in elixir paper to keep them.
Delivery:
All prints are sent with tracking only. We do not currently offer 'Signature Delivery' or 'Certified Delivery' for Domestic or International orders. By placing an order with us, please understand, our liability and responsibility of delivery are relinquished when an order is shipped. Therefore, you are agreeing to, permitting and authorizing a delivery service to deliver a print to your addressed location and in normal instances, to leave the delivery at your location without your consent if you are not home to receive the delivery.
Furthermore, USPS, UPS and FedEx are experiencing delays due to being short on staff, and a much higher than average increase in shipments as more people are ordering products online. Therefore, delivery times are being significantly impacted.
Although we do ship orders with tracking information, our print supplier does not always send us the tracking information right away or even before your print gets delivered so please don't hesitate to reach out to us for a status update or for the specific tracking details.
DOMESTIC (USA)
All USA orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail (so they arrive approximately 2-3 days after shipment)
INTERNATIONAL
Orders sent out to Europe, the UK or anywhere else in the world can take 2 to 28 weeks from dispatch (sometimes less and at busy times, such as Christmas, sometimes more).
All our European and UK orders will be sent from our fine art printer in the UK
All orders in the rest of the world may be shipped from either the USA or UK or a local printer to expedite delivery.
DAMAGE
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. We will then advise you on the best course of action but we will require a photo of the damaged shipping tube and/or the damaged print as well to claim compensation from the shipping provider.
LOSS
Please contact us if your domestic USA order has not arrived within 6 weeks of dispatch. This is to allow for any postal service delays that may be affecting the delivery of your items. Right now, due to COVID-19, all domestic USA orders are experiencing anywhere from a 7-45 day delay once your order is shipped out. We are fulfilling orders on time, however, USPS, FedEx and UPS are all impacted by service delays due to the pandemic.
If you are an international customer, please understand, it may take 6-8 months for your order to arrive. Currently the average delivery time is anywhere between 60-180 days.
For customers who had their order delivered to an apartment address, please check with the leasing office to see if they have your order in their possession.
For customers who shipped their order to a business address, please check with your reception and/or receiving departments for receipt of your order.
For customers who can't find their print, please check your front door, front porch, safe place, check with your neighbors. If all these options are not fruitful, please then contact the delivery courier and check with them. And finally, please contact the local authorities and file a police report.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, at this time we do not permit returns on orders as all our artwork is made-to-order. Since we are a small business we do not carry an inventory of artwork. We appreciate your understanding in advance of this return policy.
Therefore, we encourage customers to measure twice the space the artwork will be. We also remind users to measure the wall space with a frame around the artwork factored in.
