18TH C. ENGLISH TOWNHOUSE #6 - Dyrham House

These high-contrast elevations feature a stately Neo-Palladian town house's of early 1700s London. The drawings were created by Colen Campbell to catalogue his own work and that of Inigo Jones and Christopher Wren. Considered the founders of Georgian architecture, these architects turned away from the ornate Baroque to find inspiration in classical art.
